Watsu 3 is an intensive course for professionals who have given enough Watsu sessions to have developed an intuitive understanding of how to be with another person in the water, and who are willing to explore the spontaneity of “Free Flow”.
Participants are introduced to a new set of movements allowing them to perform dynamic transitions to change side, or helping them add dynamic to their session. Through games and thematic exercises, they learn to create the necessary flow in and out of any position, movements and states of consciousness other than that they could already have experience or knowledge. New advanced techniques and positions such as working at the wall or on the steps of the pool (when available) are added to their toolbox.
Besides these water sessions, blending exploration, research and sharing, in which mistakes are encouraged, celebrated and applauded, the course offers moments on land where topics such as ethics, the therapeutic relationship, the development of a professional activity, the beliefs, strengths and challenges of the practitioner on his path are addressed.
